Event Sales Executive

We’re looking for an Events Sales Executive to work with us in a stunning venue contract. Location: London - Zone 1 Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus performance based bonus Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Job Purpose: To drive venue sales and convert opportunities across corporate and private markets, then take each booking through a smooth handover into planning. It is a fast-paced, people-first role where hosting great show rounds, shaping proposals and delivering exceptional service are key. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and convert inbound enquiries to confirmed business against personal and group targets
- Lead confident show rounds and build proposals that showcase spaces, menus and service
- Negotiate, prepare quotes and contracts, raise invoices and track deposits
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines, sharing clear runsheets and handovers to operations
- Nurture relationships with agents, corporates and partners to drive repeat business
- Support light marketing activity for sales growth such as third-party listings, content requests and asset gathering from events
- 1+ years in venue or hotel event sales with a track record of conversion
- A hospitality mindset with natural warmth and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication, confident negotiation and follow through
- Excellent organisation across multiple enquiries and deadlines
- Confident IT and systems skills
- Flexibility to host show rounds and support key events when required, including some evenings and weekends
