Can you see yourself building a career in education, starting with an immersive and rewarding Graduate Teaching Assistant role?
This highly technical school is looking for an exceptional STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a high-performing school.

It is widely regarded as one of the most successful secondary schools in London.
- Ofsted Rating: Outstanding (2023)

- STEM Excellence: 84% of students achieved Grades 7–9 in GCSE Mathematics in 2024, and 79% achieved Grades 7–9 in Combined Sciences.
- University Pathways: Over 65% of sixth formers progressed to Russell Group universities last year, with a significant number securing places on Engineering, Medicine, and Computer Science courses.

They are proud to be at the forefront of STEM education in London, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be fully involved in driving that success even further.
The Role
As a STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Deliver targeted interventions in Mathematics and Science, working one-to-one and with small groups.
- Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering dynamic lessons across STEM subjects.
- Mentor high-achieving students preparing for university applications in STEM-related fields.
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, ensuring equal access to the curriculum.
- Play an active role in enrichment — from coding clubs to science fairs and robotics competitions.

This is not a generic support role; it is a chance to actively contribute to the outcomes of some of London’s most aspirational young people. You’ll be challenged, supported, and given opportunities to upskill yourself through CPD, leadership coaching, and exposure to cutting-edge teaching practice.
I s this the right step for you?
