The Role

As a D&I Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative projects and initiatives across the business. You'll act as the first point of contact for the team, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to meaningful work that shapes the company's culture and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the execution of D&I projects and events.

Preparing presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Bringing creativity to new ways of sharing information and presenting ideas.

Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Supporting communication and engagement activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you don't need to be an extrovert - just collaborative and approachable).

Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data and ideas clearly.
