We are delighted to be partnering with a leading luxury retailer who are seeking a passionate and motivated Diversity & Inclusion Intern to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early career professional with a genuine interest in D&I, sustainability, and making a positive impact within a global brand.

The Role

As a D&I Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative projects and initiatives across the business. You'll act as the first point of contact for the team, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to meaningful work that shapes the company's culture and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the execution of D&I projects and events.

Preparing presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Bringing creativity to new ways of sharing information and presenting ideas.

Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Supporting communication and engagement activities.

We are looking for someone with:

A genuine passion for diversity and inclusion.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you don't need to be an extrovert - just collaborative and approachable).

Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data and ideas clearly.

A proactive and agile mindset, eager to make a real difference.

A positive, easy-to-work-with attitude and desire to contribute to a purposeful team.
