Are you a nurturing Reception Learning Support Assistant looking for a new role? Do you have a strong understanding of early years development and a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs? Are you confident working 1:1 with a pupil in an EYFS setting, supporting both learning and emotional development? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role – Reception Learning Support Assistant We are seeking a patient and enthusiastic Reception Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The pupil requires additional support with communication and interaction, and may present with mild behavioural or speech and language needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored support, promote positive learning habits, and encourage confidence and independence in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working in early years, a calm and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
