Your Mission:
We’re looking for a driven and curious marketer to support the growth and optimisation of our Mobile App Marketing strategy . This is a great opportunity for someone with some digital marketing experience—ideally within apps or e-commerce—who wants to take the next step in their career.
You'll work with internal teams and external agencies to help attract new users, improve app store visibility (ASO), and support initiatives that boost retention and engagement. While you won’t be expected to own the entire strategy from day one, you’ll contribute meaningfully to key projects and grow your skills in campaign optimisation, analytics, and creative development.
You’ll join a collaborative marketing team where you'll gain exposure to cross-functional projects and other areas of the business, such as CRM, product, and design. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Your Quests Include:
- Support the delivery of mobile app marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g. Meta, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and Display).
- Help track and report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics like installs, cost per install, app engagement, and ROI.
- Assist in managing and optimising ASO for our apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Collaborate with external partners and platforms to test and evaluate new acquisition strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends and share relevant insights with the team.
- Use tools like AppsFlyer and internal dashboards to monitor user behaviour and performance.
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure proper tracking and app functionality
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to mobile app marketing or e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing principles (e.g. CPI, ROI, retention).
- Strong interest in data and analysis—you’re confident in Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with good organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, SQL, dashboards like Quicksight or Google Data Studio).
- Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and functions.
Nice to Have (but not essential):
- Exposure to mobile marketing channels like Apple Search Ads, Meta, or Google UAC.
- Some knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar attribution platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or interest in learning it.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or startup environment.
