Technical Security Function (TSF) Operational Support

- Performance and Governance: Supporting supplier delivery management, engaging with suppliers, and managing risks to ensure contractual obligations are met. This involves working closely with DWP stakeholders and internal teams to assure service delivery and escalate issues as needed
- Financial and Security Matters: Assisting the TSF Operational Lead in financial and security-related matters across the CSI and SCC supply chain. This includes reviewing financial management information, identifying trends, and developing corrective actions with suppliers
- Supplier Payments: Reviewing, validating, and assuring all supplier payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in line with reporting deadlines
- Governance and Contract Management: Supporting the TSF Operational Lead in governance and contract management activities, including procurement, contract changes, and payment approvals
- Best Practices and Collaboration: Developing best practices with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of the CSI programme and SCC contract, and fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Reporting: Leading the provision of management information reporting for the TSF function, ensuring timely and accurate data for leadership and governance meetings
- Relationship Management: Supporting the management of supplier/client relationships, translating business requirements into services, and building strategic relationships with suppliers to improve service and value for money
- Change Management: Managing service or other change requests, maintaining records of decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure changes accurately reflect requirements
