Head Barista - Full Time - London

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to take the reins across 2 outlets within our site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a creative flair—particularly when it comes to developing standout seasonal hot beverage menus and elevating the customer experience. You’ll directly manage six baristas across 2 coffee outlets ensuring consistent high standards, efficient service, and a positive team culture We are all about focusing on the guests we serve and creating unforgettable food and drink experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee the daily operations of 2 coffee bar outlets

● Lead, support, and develop a team of 6 baristas

● Be operationally astute and optimise the use of resources across both outlets

● Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance

● Collaborate with other stakeholders to craft creative, seasonal drink menus

● Monitor quality, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement

● Manage stock control, orders, and minimise waste

● Develop team schedules and support ongoing training initiatives

● Work alongside senior leadership on catering strategy and sustainability goals

● Foster change, seek continuous improvement and way to deliver a better experience

Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a confident, extrovert and collaborative leader with a passion for customer service and contagious enthusiasm. Experience managing multi-outlets or high-volume coffee bar operations is required for this busy flagship site. A strong eye for detail, customer service excellence, and creative inputinto drinks menu development are key. Experience in sustainability and a passion for innovation in hot beverage service are a big plus. A keen eye for details and dedication to operational excellence to guarantee best in class service.
