Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

PetLabCo.
London

Title- Influencer Coordinator

Hybrid- (Three days a week in our central London office near Tower Hill)

Salary - 30k-35k plus benefits and bonus.

Description

PetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market with 50%+ market share, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing globally.

We’re looking for an ambitious, people-oriented Influencer Coordinator to help us scale one of the most exciting marketing channels in our business: influencers. This role will play a critical part in building out and nurturing our influencer community – from micro-creators to macro-influencers – and drive content creation that boosts brand visibility, engagement, and performance.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and reaching out to creators across social platforms, building personal relationships with them, and helping grow our influencer program through thoughtful outreach, seamless communication, and content coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally social, loves talking to creators, is super organised, and is passionate about building brand love through influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and source influencers across three tiers: micro (gifting), mid-tier (paid collaborations), and macro (strategic partnerships)
  • Initiate and manage outreach across email and social DMs, ensuring high responsiveness and creator engagement
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with creators, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for influencer communications – answering questions, coordinating content needs, and supporting negotiation where required. Also forwarding creator feedback to inform decisions and improve the process
  • Maintain and update influencer CRM tools/platforms, ensuring all records are current and accurate
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager to execute campaign briefs and align outreach efforts with broader brand goals
  • Track outreach performance, influencer response rates, and content pipeline
  • Continuously look for new tools, platforms, and outreach strategies to improve scale and efficiency

Who Will You Report Into?

Hi! I’m Alba, Senior Influencer Marketing Manager here at PetLab Co. I’m thrilled to be growing our creator efforts – and I’m looking for a passionate Influencer Coordinator to join the team.

Historically, we’ve built a powerful performance marketing engine – but now, we’re shifting gears and expanding our focus into community-led growth. That means investing in long-term creator relationships and building a genuine, thriving influencer community that’s excited to shout about PetLab Co.

You’ll play a vital role in this mission by being on the front lines – finding, speaking with, and building relationships with influencers every day. I’m looking for someone who loves people, moves fast, is highly organised, and deeply cares about building relationships with authenticity.

Together, we’ll build an influencer program that creators love being part of – and that drives real brand results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You’re naturally personable and love connecting with people – whether that’s via email, DMs, or face-to-face calls
  • You have experience working with influencers or in a creator-focused environment (agency, brand, or platform side)
  • You’re highly organised and process-driven – managing multiple relationships and details doesn’t phase you
  • You understand social media and what makes creators stand out
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You care about delivering great experiences for creators and being the “face” of a brand they trust

Responsibilities Breakdown

  • 20% Influencer Research & Sourcing
  • 40% Outreach (Email/DM)
  • 30% Influencer Relationship Mgmt
  • 5% Platform/Data/CRM Management
  • 5% Campaign Briefing & Support

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, or community engagement roles
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and CRM tools/platforms
  • Experience working in or with DTC/Ecommerce brands is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments

Benefits

  • Private Health Care through Vitality
  • Generous Annual Leave
