You are an experienced and inspiring academic leader with a passion for teaching excellence and student success.
You will bring:

Significant experience enhancing teaching quality and assessment in higher education
A strong track record of leading and developing academic teams
Experience building capability in diverse or growing academic staff groups
A strong understanding of UK higher education quality frameworks, including OfS requirements
The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery
And just as importantly, you are:
Student-centred, with a commitment to inclusive and engaging teaching practices
A confident communicator who can influence and build strong relationships
Energised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
