We're working with a well-regarded mixed secondary school in Southwark that's looking to appoint a Facilities Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of the school's buildings and grounds, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Responsibilities include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Supervising contractors and external suppliers
Leading health and safety and statutory compliance
Monitoring site security and access
Supporting improvement and refurbishment projects
Managing facilities budgets and ensuring value for money
We're looking for someone who is organised, practical, and confident managing a busy site. Previous facilities, estates, premises, or site management experience is essential, ideally within a school or similar environment.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000–£45,000 per annum
