About Us: Rooftop Cinema Club started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and has expanded globally with 11 venues across the US and UK. We are looking to grow our presence in the US with 15 + new rooftop venues projected over the next 3 years. We are on a mission to change the way people experience open-air cinema. We are looking for Bar Team Members to join us in creating magical and memorable movie moments. It’s your job to set the tone and atmosphere for guests and other team members, making sure everyone is ready for an enjoyable evening under the stars. A day in the life of one of our Bar Team Members You arrive at our venue, check in with the team and your manager and get the show going. You run through the opening checklist (opening the bar, making sure your POS systems are online and ready to use, straightening up the space, ensuring the bar is ready and our items are prepped and ready to be mixed and served). Then it’s time to start welcoming guests! You are the first point of contact for all guests headed to the bar, so it's your responsibility to set a fun and caring tone in all guest interactions. You will check mix and serve beer and cocktails at the bar and provide an information hub to guests for any needs. The ideal people: Love working in teams Are high energy, experienced working in a fast paced environment Great communicators Natural born leaders Have a friendly and helpful attitude Key Tasks: Mixing cocktails, knowledge of classic cocktails and how to serve/pour Restocking bar items and counting inventory as needed Routinely cleaning and sanitizing areas behind the bar Talking to guests, being friendly and helping them enjoy their evening Cleaning and closing the bar kiosks securely at the end of the night Terms: 20-35 hours per week Season operates from April through to October 2025 Shifts available between: Weekdays 4pm to 12.30am Weekends 12pm to 12.30am
