Nanny-Personal Assistant
- Children: Three children - two boys aged 12 and 10, and one girl aged 8
- Parents: Both working full-time
- Pets: One friendly family Labrador
- Working arrangement: Sole charge position Key Responsibilities Childcare
- School runs and activity transportation (morning and afternoon)
- Homework support and after-school activities coordination as needed
- Representing the family at school events, parents' evenings, and meetings as needed
- Supervising playdates / social activities
- Providing emotional support and guidance to all three children
- Implementing consistent boundaries and discipline in line with parents' wishes
- Organising and supervising outdoor activities and exercise Household Management
- Children's laundry and bedroom management (bed changes, tidying, etc.)
- Cooking nutritious meals for the children
- Menu planning and online food shopping (Ocado)
- General household organisation related to the children (a cleaner is employed separately) Planning & Administration
- Proactive planning and thinking ahead for family needs
- Managing children's schedules, extracurricular activities, and appointments
- Organising summer activities and camps
- Wardrobe management and planning
- Managing ad hoc tasks (car MOT, post office / dry cleaning runs / planning family parties and events) Additional Duties
- Dog walking (when possible) Working Hours & Compensation
- Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Typical schedule: 7:30am - 6:30pm
- Flexibility: Later start times on two of the five days; some shorter days offered during summer holidays
- Salary: £50-60k per annum (DOE)
- Employment: On payroll with all statutory benefits
- 6 weeks of annual holiday on average (enhanced package) Ideal Candidate
- Experienced and capable nanny with excellent references
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proactive and able to think ahead
- Experience working with SEN would be advantageous but not required
- Nurturing but firm approach with children
- Good sense of humour - "Mrs Doubtfire" energy!
- Comfortable working with children of different ages and needs
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Happy to be around/walk a dog Start Date
