Key Responsibilities
Greeting students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing phone calls, emails, and visitor sign-in procedures
Supporting safeguarding requirements and maintaining secure reception practices
Assisting with attendance queries and general administrative tasks
Working closely with the school office team to support daily operations
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in a school or fast-paced reception environment
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities
Confident IT user, including email, databases, and Microsoft Office
Able to remain calm and approachable in a lively school setting
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
