Client Accountant - Property & Real Estate
- Prepare and maintain accurate client financial accounts in compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for property portfolios.
- Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations efficiently.
- Generate detailed financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all client funds are handled in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with clients to address financial queries and provide updates.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure cohesive financial management.
- Support the year-end audit process and provide necessary documentation.
