Are you a Science and Maths Teacher who thrives in a small, nurturing environment where you can build strong relationships and see the impact of your teaching every day? This specialist setting supports a very small cohort of learners and is looking for a teacher who enjoys personalised delivery, clear routines and a calm atmosphere.
This role is perfect for someone who values meaningful progress over volume, enjoys working with tiny class groups and wants the time and space to teach Science and Maths in a focused and structured way.
What makes this role unique
You will teach in a highly personalised provision where class sizes are significantly smaller than in mainstream schools. Lessons can be adapted quickly, students are known as individuals and the team works closely together to create a positive and stable learning environment.
What you will bring
You will be a qualified teacher with strong Science and Maths subject knowledge. You will enjoy working with small groups, planning lessons that build confidence steadily and supporting young people who need consistency and care. Strong communication, patience and adaptability are essential.
