Mechanical Supervisor

Falcon Green is thrilled to partner with one of Europe’s most prestigious contractors, renowned for delivering complex engineering projects in the Data Centre, Education, Health and Life sciences sectors.

They are on the hunt for a detailed driven and conscientious Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Mainland Europe. This opportunity will suit someone who is motivated by complex and rewarding projects and offers the opportunity to add a flagship project to your resume.

Successful candidates must hold extensive mission critical experience and be comfortable working in a face paced, high pressure environment. Please note that you will be employed under local labour regulations, with a competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and experience-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Supervisor

* Oversee Site QA activities alongside the Mechanical Package Manager, including setup, administration, and finalization of QA documentation.

* Experienced in managing the Project Schedule collaboratively with other trades, Package Leads, consulting engineers, and client stakeholders.

* Support the management of all package-related costs, including subcontractors, material deliveries and receipting, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations.

* Management of all day to day on site operations.

* Attend site, project, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings.

* Complete project close-out items- including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety, and QA files- with support from the Mechanical Package Manager.

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:

* Relevant engineering certification or substantial industry experience.

* Skilled in using Word, Excel, and related computer programs.

* Fluent English.

* Willing to travel as required.

* Proven experience in the coordination and management of complex projects.
