Lead Advisor, Europe Partnerships
- Interface with stakeholders to help shape policy in support of business objectives in E urope .
- Track, assess and provide analysis on key trends.
- Identify and analyze potential business implications and opportunities, advocacy positions, messaging and proactive strategies to address priority lower carbon and policy issues in E urope .
- Influence strategy and communications approach based on data and analysis derived from interaction with the lower carbon community .
- Support ESG related investor engagements in Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, political science , fina nce, sustainability or related field .
- Proven expertise in E uropean government, political, socio-economic, historical, trade, sanctions, and related issues and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to form and develop strategic relationships with external partners and key stakeholders and represent the company in external engagements.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolio, deadlines, schedule(s), and executive visits.
- Advanced expertise in issue management, advocacy, campaigns, and association management.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile assignments with outstanding results.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and networks, align resources and collaborate across teams to deliver excellent results the right way.
- Proactiveness: A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Agility: Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and evolving priorities.
