Role Information

The school is seeking a dedicated Biology Teacher to join a thriving Science Faculty. You will teach Biology across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach A Level Biology for an experienced candidate.

The role involves delivering practical and theory-based lessons that develop scientific understanding, analytical thinking, and curiosity about the natural world. You will support students with coursework, exam preparation, and practical investigations, ensuring high standards of safety and engagement.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan schemes of work, develop resources, and contribute to enrichment opportunities such as science clubs and fieldwork.

Requirements

• QTS and a degree in Biology or a related science
• Experience teaching Biology at secondary level
• Strong practical laboratory skills
