Our client is a leading independent construction consultancy known for delivering landmark schemes across multiple sectors. They’re now looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team; someone eager to take ownership, run their own projects, and support the development of junior staff.

This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants more autonomy and responsibility while still being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

You’ll be responsible for:


Managing all cost management duties from inception through to completion
Leading day-to-day project delivery across a diverse portfolio
Supporting, mentoring, and developing graduates within the team
Building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent high-quality service We’re looking for:


MRICS qualified or working towards it
Consultancy background (essential)
Experience across office, commercial fit-out, hospitality or life science projects
