Nanny for school pick-ups, Job ID J1DB3D
This family based in North Kensington, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. A native speaker of English, French, or Swedish is essential for this role. Responsibilities include all standard nanny duties, along with engaging the child in play, supporting with homework, and fostering a positive, stimulating atmosphere at home. The family is looking for a warm, approachable, and proactive nanny who is fun, energetic, and able to build a strong bond with the child. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Total hours per week: 15 hours
Duties include:
- Collecting the child from school
- Supporting with homework
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Arranging playdates and social activities
- Engaging in age-appropriate games and activities
- Reading stories together
- Encouraging the child to tidy away their toys after use
- Assisting with the evening routine, such as helping to organise school bags for the next day
- Carrying out light laundry of the child’s clothes
- Doing occasional grocery shopping
