What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting pupils’ emotional and academic engagement across the school day

* Helping students with transitions, safe spaces, and structured interventions

* Collaborating with a multi-agency team (SENCO, therapists, external services)

* Building consistent, trusted relationships with vulnerable learners

* Playing a key role in daily debriefs and review sessions
