Based from the Cardiff office, a new opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the office on a part time, permanent basis. The working hours associated with the role will be Monday-Friday 10am – 2pm. The role will work closely with all office staff to provide an effective administration service, alongside being responsible for front of house duties.
What You'll Be Doing:
New Starter Magic
- Starter Packs Sorted – Headsets, mice, and everything they need to hit the ground running – you’ll coordinate it all.
- Smooth Transitions – Be the go-to for communications around new starters and leavers – keeping everyone in the loop.
Keep us stocked
- Stationery Guru – You’ll make sure we never run out of the little things that keep us going.
- Amazon Ace – Take charge of our Amazon orders — from tech to tea bags.
Health and Safety Hero
- Checklist Pro – Daily, weekly, monthly H&S checks? You’ve got it covered.
- Compliance Keeper – Stay on top of certifications and make sure we’re always up to standard.
- Contractor Liaison – Coordinate with key suppliers like QTEC and Stroud Electrical to keep the workplace safe and sound.
People & Policy Support
- Employee Handbooks – Keep our handbooks fresh, clear, and up to date.
- Team Directory – Ensure everyone can find the right name, face, and contact in a flash.
Admin & Communications Star
- Holiday Comms – Keep holiday messaging clear and on schedule.
- Inbox Wizard – Monitor and respond to requests via our Operations inbox.
- Policy Updates – Make sure everyone’s aware of changes with clear, friendly communications.
- Task Tracker Extraordinaire – Keep our task spreadsheet up to date and everyone on track.
- Project Partner – Provide solid support across a variety of operational projects.
