A leading global insurance broker is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Broker to join its London-based team, managing a portfolio of complex Professional Indemnity claims for large and sophisticated clients.

The Role:
You will take ownership of PI claims from notification through to resolution, acting as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders. The role is highly market-facing and involves negotiating with carriers, attending client meetings, supporting data and risk management initiatives, and ensuring claims are handled accurately, commercially, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Professional Indemnity claims end-to-end
  • Prepare and present claims documentation to underwriters
  • Liaise with Lloyd’s and company markets to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings when required
  • Handle claims queries, endorsements, and ongoing servicing
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
  • Remain up to date with legal, regulatory, and market developments

About You:

  • Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims, ideally within a London Market environment
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and claims processes
  • Confident liaising with underwriters, insurers, and clients
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment

What’s on Offer:

  • A highly visible role within a respected global broker
  • Exposure to major clients and complex PI claims
  • Supportive, people-focused culture with strong career development opportunities
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
