Support Worker
Lead, motivate and support a team of 7 Support Workers.
Provide outstanding person-centred care and support.
Coordinate rotas, documentation and day-to-day operations.
Work closely with family and healthcare professionals.
Support personal care, medical needs and independent living.
Help maintain a safe, organised and engaging home environment. About You
Minimum 4 years' experience supporting people with learning disabilities and behaviour that may challenge
Previous experience as a Team Leader or similar.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Kind, confident, proactive and calm under pressure.
Flexible to work 45 hours per week, including alternate weekends, split shifts and occasional waking nights. We Offer
up to £55,000 gross per annum
Ongoing training and career development.
Paid sick leave after probation.
All travel, accommodation and meals covered on family holidays.
Supportive, long-term working environment with a structured rota.
