- Develop a strong client book and create meaningful relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, concession managers, Personal Shopping teams and wider Harrods stakeholders to maximise opportunities and performance.
- Coach, develop and empower team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and on-the-floor leadership.
- Monitor trading performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that drive sales, productivity and customer engagement.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous experience leading or supervising a luxury retail team, with a passion for developing people and building high-performing environments.
- A strong clienteling mindset with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships and grow a loyal customer base.
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive business performance.
- Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced department store or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Curious and forward-thinking, drawing inspiration from both within and outside the luxury industry to continuously enhance the client experience.
