Temp Office Assistant - Immediate Start - Fintech
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hands-on Office Assistant to join a tech investment firm that has recently opened its London office. With around 30 people in the office, the team is looking for a reliable individual to help get the office running smoothly during this exciting growth phase.
They are looking for someone to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Fully office-based
Central London, near Spitalfields Market
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are presentation-ready
- General office administration and support
- Stocking office supplies and keeping communal areas organised
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
- Providing practical support wherever needed
The ideal Office Assistant will be:
- Proactive, adaptable and highly organised
- Happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved
- A confident self-starter who can work independently
- Friendly, professional and approachable
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in supporting a growing London office from the ground up.
