Associate - Disease

We are looking for an Associate to join our highly regarded Disease team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-profile disease litigation within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will assist in managing a diverse caseload of disease claims, including both pre-litigated and litigated matters.,

• Handling a range of disease claims including noise-induced hearing loss, asbestos-related conditions, upper limb disorders, and stress-related injuries.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, Counsel, and medical experts.
• Providing strategic advice on liability, causation, and quantum.
• Negotiating settlements and attending court hearings where appropriate.
• Ensuring compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards.
  Experience in personal injury litigation, ideally with exposure to disease claims.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to client service.
• Scottish qualified.
