Paediatric Clinical Lead
Are you an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead with a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community? This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing community complex care providers in the UK, supporting children and families across East London.
The Role
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will:
Develop and oversee personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide hands-on support to children and families in the community.
Train, mentor and supervise carers to ensure excellent clinical standards.
Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses and commissioners to deliver safe, effective care.
Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN.
At least 18 months’ UK paediatric nursing experience.
Recent tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (within the last 2 years).
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
What’s On Offer
Salary up to £55,000 DOE.
Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the community).
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends or nights).
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
