Transfer Pricing Director - Fast-Track to Partner

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on major transfer pricing projects, providing strategic advice to multinational clients.
* Build and grow relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Drive business development initiatives, leveraging your market network to secure new opportunities.
* Collaborate with national leadership to deliver on growth targets and enhance service offerings.
* Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

About You:

* Significant experience in transfer pricing advisory, with a strong understanding of operational and strategic considerations.
* A proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
* Ideally experienced with inbound US clients and technology/media sectors (a plus, not a requirement).
* Previous Big 4 experience is highly desirable; HMRC experience with strong client-facing skills may also be considered.
* Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
