ROLE DETAILS
SEN Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs Full-time role starting September 2025 Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted academic and social-emotional support Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionalsPERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience supporting children with SEN, or strong motivation to start Interest in inclusive education, child development, or psychology Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Proactive, reflective, and open to training and developmentSCHOOL DETAILS
