About the Role
You will take responsibility for a Year 6 class, delivering the full primary curriculum with a particular focus on English and Mathematics.

The role includes planning engaging lessons, tracking pupil progress, and delivering targeted intervention to support attainment across the class.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Key Stage 2 to ensure consistency in teaching and curriculum delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Teach a Year 6 class within Key Stage 2
Deliver the full primary curriculum with emphasis on core subjects
Prepare pupils for SATs assessments
Track and monitor pupil progress effectively
Deliver targeted support and intervention where required
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Contribute to wider school planning and initiatives

Experience supporting SATs preparation and intervention
