About Rosewood

Rosewood Hotel Group is one of the world’s leading global lifestyle and hospitality management groups. Our group’s foundation is a commitment to “Relationship Hospitality” – a belief that true hospitality springs from the nurturing and building of strong and lasting relationships with fellow associates, guests, partners and the communities in which our hotels operate. By doing so, we strive to become the industry leader in delivering the true meaning of hospitality.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive, confidential support to our associates. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping The Chancery Rosewood enrich people and place by supporting the Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture, and Talent Development functions. You’ll help maintain and enhance our HR systems and processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also assist and support our associates, fostering clear communication, positive relationships, and an enriching environment. Ensuring compliance with the property’s policies and current UK employment legislation will also be an important part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in filling associate-level vacancies efficiently and within budget.
  • Assist with job advertisements, recruitment channels, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Be a first point of contact for associates, providing confidential support and guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews to support retention strategies.
  • Coordinate Progress Review Meetings, performance appraisals, and support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellbeing activities.
  • Maintain Talent & Culture systems, filing, correspondence, and onboarding documentation for new joiners.
  • Prepare and distribute contracts, onboarding correspondence, and internal transfer/promotion documentation.
  • Track Talent & Culture data including retention reports, holiday records, starters, leavers, promotions, and training completion.
  • Administer associate benefits, including queries and internal programs such as complimentary stays and allowances.
  • Facilitate core training programs and assist with course administration and tracking for the Talent Development function.
  • Attend departmental and property-wide meetings, supporting communication and business partnering across teams.
  • Maintain Talent & Culture areas, including notice boards, digital screens, office, and training spaces.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company culture, values, and vision at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Talent & Culture policies, UK employment legislation, and data protection requirements.

About You

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and warm relationships at all levels.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in HR systems (preferably Fourth) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for supporting people and culture.
  • Experience in supporting talent acquisition, development, or employee engagement initiatives is desirable.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Diversity & Inclusion

At Rosewood, we are committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging. We ensure a fair, transparent hiring process and are dedicated to creating opportunities for all, regardless of background.

About Rosewood
