About the Role
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
The role of Customer Services Assistant is far from ordinary. You'll be part of our Operations team, the heart of our buildings, to provide exceptional experiences for our clients and their visitors.
Your day will be a varied mix of operational and front-of-house tasks. Every day holds something different in store. One day you might be setting up a meeting room for 40 people and preparing catering, and the next you might be conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues. This is a very varied and hands-on role where no two days are alike.
You might find yourself working across different buildings—we have a vast portfolio, so there is plenty of flexibility and ample opportunity to learn and develop new skills along the way. 📍
This role is for you if you're someone who:
✔️ Finds accomplishment in supporting and helping others, from resolving minor issues to being involved in the day-to-day running of our centres.
✔️ Enjoys engaging with new people from all walks of life and building relationships both inside and outside the business.
✔️ Has a problem-solving attitude and can adapt to evolving situations. You’re a thinker and a doer, able to find creative solutions to go above and beyond for each customer.
✔️ Is a great team player and can build effective relationships with colleagues. Our operations rely on everyone working together to deliver our shared objectives.
✔️ Loves to learn and is keen to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our buildings, processes and standards.
We are looking for a team member who has:
- Experience in retail/hospitality or customer service role.
- A proactive and common-sense approach to problem-solving and resource management.
- The ability to work well as part of a team but is also able to operate independently under broad direction.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The enthusiasm and positive attitude to deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.
- Comfortable using MS Office packages and learning new systems.
If you have the above skills and are excited about joining a company that is redefining the exclusive office experience, we would love to hear from you!
