Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Implementation Consultant within OMS and EMS Systems to join our high profile client.

Our client is a key player in the fintech100 and well known for its enterprise wide realtime market data, reference data and Order Management Systems . They have offices across the globe and are the have the number one product for the investment industry.

The implementation consultant will have functional lead responsibility throughout a project implementation lifecycle. He/she will need to interface with the client and demonstrate high level of business competency and be adept at leveraging his/her experience to manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of my Clients software.

As a principal you will run projects. The next step up is towards country management or senior level sales. Product knowledge can be picked up quite quickly so we are looking for bright individuals.

The successful Implementation Consultant will be responsible for technical integration between our clients and major global Trading Systems. Integrations often involve designing and deploying solutions for clients utilizing XML/FIX messaging between their systems and the cloud. Typically, system integration includes the combined use of real-time XML messaging, XSLT transformations, Java scripting and Database configuration. Order Management and Trading Systems workflow experience is required including a demonstrable skill-set encompassing technology, communication and project management.

Implementation Consultants must have:

• BSc or Msc in it, economics, Maths, finance
• Experience of Software implementation
• Javascript/C#/Java/VB/Perl
• XML / XLST
• Messaging: ideally FIX or SWIFT
• Networks WAN, LAN, routing
• Database design
• SQL, ODBC, triggers, stored procedures
• Unix / Windows
• Experience working for a software Vendor in the financial market
• Background in Financial Software
• Client facing experience
• 2 years commercial experience
• Understanding of data

This role suits someone from a software consulting or implementation background who is looking to take on serious responsibility.
