Key Account Manager

As the Key Account Manager, you will report to the Head of Key Accounts and act as the primary contact for your assigned retailers across online and brick-and-mortar partners. You will design, deliver and optimise commercial plans, ensuring best-in-class execution across launches, activations and brand expression. With autonomy across a defined portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across priority retailers including Boots, THG (Lookfantastic), Sephora, ASOS, Space NK, John Lewis and Selfridges.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with online and in-store retail partners to build and execute commercially effective business plans
- Partner with Marketing to deliver flawless execution of launches, activations and brand expression across both digital and physical environments
- Prepare and lead strategy meetings, negotiate JBPs and terms, allocate trade budgets and optimise promotional calendars
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts, including digital visibility, new ways of working and competitor benchmarking
- Maintain forecasting accuracy by collaborating closely with Supply to support stock flow and manage risk
- Deliver against company sales objectives and support achievement of annual commercial targets
- Produce detailed sales reporting and category insights to inform strategy and influence internal and external stakeholders
Experience Requirements
- Experience working with key retailers (e-retail and/or bricks & mortar) within beauty, lifestyle or FMCG
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for brand-building
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, collaborative approach
