The Role

Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll help ensure the school remains safe, clean, secure, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs

• Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the school buildings and grounds

• Assisting with health and safety checks

• Setting up rooms for meetings and school events

• Supporting contractors and reporting maintenance issues

• Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment across the school

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

About You

Previous experience working within a school premises, caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role is highly desirable.
