SEN Teaching Assistant
Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support students with special educational needs, helping them engage in their learning and develop essential skills in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide one-to-one or small group support during lessons to help students with SEN. Assist with personal care and behavior management as required. Prepare learning materials and resources to support individual student needs. Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and adjust learning strategies. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Person Specification: Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Ability to manage challenging behavior and assist with personal care.
