Store Manager

- Welcoming each customer with attention, listening and product expertise.
- Leading, training and motivating the sales team with high standards and kindness.
- Ensuring the consistent quality of product presentation and merchandising.
- Monitor performance indicators: turnover, average basket size, customer satisfaction
- Manage schedules, stock and deliveries
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
- Work closely with the laboratory and management to ensure consistency in the product range

- You have experience in point-of-sale management, ideally in the premium food, ready-to-wear or specialist retail sectors.

- You know how to manage a team, help it grow and instil a strong customer-focused culture.
- You are sensitive to issues of nutrition, healthy eating and gluten-free diets, which is a plus.
- You are fluent in professional English (because yes, we have a large international clientele!).
- You are proficient in the use of management tools (cash register, orders, reporting).
