Teacher of Drama - Barnet - Outstanding Ofsted
We are working with a school who are recruiting for an inspirational Drama Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Barnet. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2026, perfect for a specialist who thrives in a high-achieving, creative environment.
The Role
Creative Instruction: Deliver a rigorous Drama and Performing Arts curriculum across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for A-Level teaching.
Performance Excellence: Lead by example in fostering advanced performance techniques, script analysis, and stagecraft among students.
Scholarly Leadership: Maintain a well-ordered classroom environment where creative expression is balanced with strict academic discipline.
Results Focus: Support the department in maintaining its track record of consistently brilliant outcomes.
