Lead a high‑performing client‑focused team at the heart of a global organisation where your expertise will directly influence service excellence and client satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a key operational function, guiding a growing team while contributing to strategic improvements across the Client Experience organisation. Your key responsibilities as a Service Team Lead will include:
• Overseeing and coordinating the workload of the local GFR team, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and delivered effectively.
• Providing leadership through training, mentoring, regular one‑to‑ones, and objective setting to support the development of team members.
• Managing work quality by reviewing drafts, advising on complex client queries, and acting as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with high‑value clients while ensuring fair and strategic client allocation across the team.
• Leading operational improvements by contributing to documentation, process development, reporting, and team‑wide accountability metrics.
• Independently driving ad‑hoc projects that enhance productivity, support revenue growth, or improve team efficiency.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Service Team Lead:
• You must have at least 3 years of experience working in financial services, fintech, software, or another regulated environment.
• You will bring proven experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• You should have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
• You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex or regulatory concepts to varied stakeholders.
• You must be confident in managing multiple projects and team needs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery in a dynamic environment.
