Enforcement Officer
DVLA Enforcement Officer 6 Months FTC

Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities
What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
