We're currently working with a lovely mixed secondary school in Southwark that is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilities professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading site operations, and making a genuine impact within a busy school community.

The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the management, maintenance, safety, and security of the school site.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the premises
Overseeing maintenance and site contractors
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Supporting site improvement projects
Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure
Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors
The school is looking for someone with previous facilities, premises, estates, or site management experience who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000–£45,000 per annum
