HR Advisor
HR Advisor (Part-Time, 3 Days Onsite)
Location: Fulham (3 days per week)
Rate: £240 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Initial 3 months, likely to extend
We’re supporting our client, a global private equity backed Digital and Media business, with a critical HR Advisor requirement. This role is ideal for a confident HR generalist who can provide hands-on support across HR operations, employee relations, and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Support managers with ER processes: absence, performance, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries
- Assist with recruitment, interview evaluation, and HR tech improvements
- Identify L&D needs and support performance review processes
- Conduct absence reviews and wellbeing meetings
- Review and update HR policies and job descriptions
- Use HR systems to manage and report on data
- Lead and support HR projects and ad hoc tasks
Skills
- Strong HR generalist background
- Confident managing ER cases
- Able to build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Comfortable working independently and onsite 3 days per week
Lastly, this is an initial 3-month contract with high likelihood for extension so ideally the successful candidate is available to start in a matter of weeks. It’s a great opportunity to engage in a strategic HR role with flexibility and a positive work-life balance.
