Sales Training Coordinator - UK
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Sales Training Coordinator to support the Sales Training team in the UK. The successful candidate will need to have good attention to detail and time management skills whilst being able to work in an adaptable and fast paced environment. To support these skills, we require someone with excellent communication skills as we work with our stores in the UK and Northern Ireland, to provide them with useful and reliable training support
About the UK Sales Training Team: Our department is responsible for providing high quality, engaging product and sales training to ensure that a consistently exceptional customer experience is delivered by our retailer network. Training is delivered face-to-face, virtually and via video guides. We have also created a 2-day induction training event called the Dream Builder Programme which requires extensive planning and execution. Your role will play a key part in assisting to keep this department fluid and successful as we continue to grow through this year.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with a wide network of retailers across the UK to plan/administrate upcoming training modules and programmes
Keep up to date our ever-growing LMS platform which holds all data on our UK network and their learning pathways to provide attendance tracking for our market.
Keep close communication with our external contractors to maintain a strong relationship for our upcoming training events throughout the year
Support with bulletins/communications from our UK network so that the department can provide responsive training needs where required
Provide reporting to Europe and China on our training data and training modules that we provide on a month-to-month basis
Build relationships with all areas of our UK HQ, whether this be the finance team to provide invoicing to our UK Network, or our Network Development team to understand upcoming training needs throughout the year
Managing logistical challenges with upcoming events and programmes to allow them to run as smoothly as possible.
Skills, Qualification and Experience Required:
3 years minimum experience in similar role
Experience in learning and development, ideally within UK automotive.
Strong understanding of LMS systems and supporting the organisation of events.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of UK automotive network and the roles within an automotive business.
Relevant business qualification is preferred. Minimum Bac + 2 in Financial degree
