We’re on the lookout for a resilient, driven, and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth. This is a role for someone who doesn't back down in the face of a challenge, someone who hears, "this is a tough market," and responds, "watch me."
You’ll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying and engaging potential customers, building early-stage relationships, and qualifying opportunities that turn into long-term Red Sift clients. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
This is a small, hardworking team of 3 SDRs and an experienced manager. Red Sift has a record of promoting internally from the SDR team and are looking for someone who wants to build a career in tech sales.
What You’ll Do:
● Leverage AI to research, identify, and prospect into target accounts
● Proactively engage accounts with outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
● Qualify inbound interest and route it efficiently through the sales funnel
● Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their pain points
● Book meetings and create pipeline for our Account Executives
● Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in our CRM and sales tools
● Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams
● Act as the first ambassador of the Red Sift brand to new prospects

Skills & Experience:
● 2+ years of professional experience, bonus points for B2B SaaS or sales, but we’re open to people from different backgrounds!
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
● Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms (Salesforce,, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
● Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
● Curious, methodical, and results-oriented
