At voco Grand Central Hotel we are looking for a Full Time Front Office Team Member to join our reception and help us create a warm voco welcome for our guests!

Join Our Front Office Team at voco - Where Every Stay Feels Special!

We're looking for a Front Office Team Member who's passionate about people, great service, and making every guest feel right at home from the moment they arrive. At voco, we do things a little differently - we're relaxed but professional, friendly but focused, and always ready to welcome with a smile.

As the first face of our hotel, you'll be creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming guests with warmth, charm, and a genuine smile
  • Smoothly checking guests in and out, making the process seamless and stress-free
  • Answering queries, resolving complaints, and making sure guests leave happier than when they arrived.
  • Showcasing Glasgow and helping guests feel at home in the city.
  • Encouraging sign-ups to our IHG One Rewards loyalty program.
  • Recognising and rewarding our most loyal guests with exceptional service
  • Supporting our mission to deliver relaxed luxury with a sustainable mindset

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is available full-time (40 hours/week) including evenings and weekends.
  • Has previous experience as a Receptionist, Concierge, or Guest Services Agent (especially in a 4/5
    • hotel!)
  • Is confident using hotel systems - Opera experience is a huge plus!
  • Has a natural, un-stuffy approach to service - we want personality, not a script.
  • Cares about the environment and sustainability - we're proud to lead with innovation.
  • Wants to be part of a fun, supportive, and guest-focused voco Glasgow team.
