LEVEL 3 NURSERY PRACTITIONER

About the Role

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development within a nurturing, play-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.

Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of child development.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning journeys.

Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and secure.

Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.

A warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and learning.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
