Could you be our new Senior Quality Assurance Analyst? Are you?Proficient in manual and regression testing for enterprise level complex systems, integrated systems from an end-to-end perspective, adept at identifying risks and ensuring high-quality releases.
Enthusiastic about system integration, leveraging deep domain knowledge to foresee and address challenges.
Confident in designing robust test cases and driving defect management, ensuring clear documentation, effective prioritization, and collaborative resolution with teams and vendors.
Represent Quality Assurance in Agile ceremonies, contributing meaningfully to planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and project meetings.
Passionate about quality process improvements, suggesting enhancements and championing best practices for continuous improvement.
Experienced with API, performance, and database testing, data migration using Excel and basic Python; open to growing automation skills.
Comfortable in leveraging GenAI tools to streamline Quality Assurance activities, improve efficiency, and boost team productivity.
A reliable teammate with strong communication skills, fostering knowledge sharing, adaptability, and an inclusive, respectful team culture.
Your new role:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in determining and maintaining the highest standards of performance and functionality. Your key responsibilities will include:Delivers reliable, high-quality releases by thoroughly testing complex features and integrations.
Supports team growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and helping teammates overcome challenges.
Improves test coverage and reduces risk by exploring requirements deeply and identifying potential issues early.
Builds strong cross team relationships through open, respectful, and collaborative communication.
Strengthens product stability with skilled manual testing and consistent quality practices.
Contributes to long-term efficiency by running automation tests and steadily developing automation skills.
Creates a welcoming, inclusive team environment by helping with hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
Enhances Quality Assurance and Agile practices by offering ideas, refining processes, and ensuring all voices are heard.
