4i Solutions part of Baily Garner are looking to recruit additional Partnerships Directors, to resource high profile and long-term collaborative partnerships across a range of sectors in which we operate, including social housing, blue light, health, and local and central government.

Open to location for this hire, ideally near a large city. Must reside in the UK.

About you

• Significant experience leading partnerships, programmes, or collaborative delivery within regulated sectors (e.g. housing, infrastructure, health, utilities or public procurement.)
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior executives, board-level leaders. customers, supply chain and key stakeholders.
• An interest in establishing governance, assurance frameworks and performance reporting.
• Understanding of contractual compliance, KPIs, SLAs and collaborative performance management.
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with strong analytical, risk management and reporting capability.
• Professional, credible and collaborative with a strong values-driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent strategic advice to clients on partnership strategy, performance, and governance.
• Design and improve collaborative partnership and delivery models across complex programmes.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between clients, partners, consultants, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Lead partnership assurance activities including health checks, delivery reviews, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractual commitments, KPIs and service agreements to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify emerging risks, performance issues or misalignment and drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and sharing sector insight.
