Live Casino Product Specialist
Job Summary
We’re looking for a hybrid insights specialist to help us improve the quality and performance of our existing and new live casino products (live tables and game shows). You’ll combine competitor research, product analytics, and game concept generation to turn insights into clear recommendations, support pilots/rollouts, and measure impact..
Responsibilities :
Track competitors (and beyond), monitor releases/updates, and maintain a structured insights library.
Translate competitor learnings into actionable improvements for gameplay flow, pacing, UX/presentation, and production quality.
Monitor product KPIs, investigate performance changes, and quantify the impact of improvements.
Contribute to new game and feature concept generation.
Build a prioritized backlog of opportunities (adapt/avoid + experiment ideas) and collaborate with Product/Studio/Tech and other departments to execute.
Share monthly competitor and market insights to strengthen the Product team’s knowledge and decision-making.
Drive and/or support Product Owners/Managers in delivering new concepts and features, from early concept work and feature definition through pilots/MVPs and performance evaluation.
Lead recurring and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings to keep execution on track.
Drive measurable improvements to product quality and performance KPIs.
Work closely with Product, Operations, Support, and Commercial, and other departments.
What We’re Looking ForExperience in iGaming/live casino or adjacent digital entertainment—ideally in insights, product, analytics, or studio-facing roles.
Strong understanding of live casino/game show mechanics (round flow, bet states, operations, studio constraints).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in live casino (or closely related iGaming live products).
Able to combine qualitative insight with data to recommend and prioritize improvements.
Clear communicator with strong documentation skills (Jira/Confluence or similar).
Comfortable with analytics tools - BI experience is a plus.
Experience using Power BI, FullStory, or other performance monitoring and user behavior tools (or equivalent) is a plus.
